Located at the intersection of Zhongshan 4th Road and Kaixuan 4th Road, the Cianjhen Star is a multifunctional bicycle bridge. Due to the complexity of multiple intersections and the high volume of traffic in this area, it is dangerous for pedestrians to cross the road. The bicycle bridge not only improves the safety for both pedestrians and vehicles. It also connects with the harborside bikeway, the Qianzhen River bikeway, and the Fengshan River bikeway to form a complete network of bikeways for energy saving and carbon reduction. The Cianjhen Star bridge is 5 meters wide and separates foot and bicycle traffic. 

The arc-shaped steel frame of the structure extends outwards to four sides and complements the turns and folds of the pergolas to create a multi-layered aesthetics that softens the rigid urban landscape. The intersection of the lanes is designed in the form of a tree trunk with a sky garden. In addition to creating a distinctive landmark for the city, it also provides a place for bridge pedestrians and cyclists to stop and rest. Looking over the railings at the street scenes from the vantage point this oasis of nature is also a very delightful experience. At night, the ramp to the bridge and the bridge itself are illuminated with different colors and layers of light to not only ensure the safety of people and vehicles, but also create a new colorful landmark for the town.
