After Typhoon Morakot in 2009, the people of Nanshalu used the stones and natural materials brought by Morakot to rebuild their base, rustic, simple hay thatching and wooden carving telling the story of their home, and named it the Dream Launchpad, hoping to bid their pain farewell and see the rainbow of hope. All products within the museum were built using natural materials, and there is also a restaurant and a fruit garden, for which an ecological guide service is provided.
