Mangrove Forest Reserve
Viewing Count 4672
The fresh water discharged from nearby fish farms and the saltwater tides from the sea provide a habitat for Black Mangrove(Avicennia marina (Forsk.) Vierh.), Kandelia (Kandelia obovate) and precious Rhizophora mucronata Lam trees. Trees and plants. These trees protect the coast, conserve water resources and provide a habitat for all kinds of animals – they have a strong influence on the ecological environment. A regular expert guide service has been established in the park, and aside from appreciating natural scenery in a tranquil setting, it is also an undoubtedly excellent place to see a mangrove ecology and bird-watch.
