Founded in October 2011 in the Ciaotou (Qiaotou) Sugar Factory (the cluster of warehouses in the northern area), the Ten-Drum Art Percussion is run by the Ten Drum Percussion Group. A semi-open operating model is used: public areas can be visited freely, while tickets are required for regular dramatic performances and percussion classes.
