To boost tourism, Kaohsiung offers free hotel rooms for South Korean airline passengers

As T'way Airline launched its first flight between Seoul (Incheon) and Kaohsiung on December 17, 2017, Kaohsiung's Tourism Bureau offered a “buy one get one free” deal in support. Each South Korean passenger can get two nights'stay at a local hotel at 67,700 Korean Won as long as they purchase one such ticket before January 31, 2018.
The Kaohsiung City Government has worked to expand its share in South Korea's tourism industry in recent years. After Jeju Air started to fly between Seoul (Incheon) and Kaohsiung in July, 2017, T'way Air followed suit. Now, 27 flights travel between Kaohsiung and various South Korean cities weekly.
