Siaogangshan Skywalk is the first music-themed skywalk in Kaohsiung. Visitors can freely appreciate views of the lake and the skywalk’s special cable-stayed structure in the shape of a violin. The eye-catching construction thus recently received the “excellence prize” in the “special subjects” category at the 7th Taiwan Landscape Awards. The local government encourages visitors to include the skywalk into their lists of places to go, along with other nearby scenic pots.
