Situated in the Longtoushan Scenic Area of Maolin National Scenic Area, the Xiaochangcheng Trail is built on the ridgeline of Longtoushan Mountain and extends to the Duna Suspension Bridge. This popular route is like a tiny version of the Great Wall, with a vast and gorgeous view along the way.
Due to extensive damage caused by termites, the Xiaochangcheng Trail was closed for renovation in June last year. After nearly a year of prolonged renovation and acceptance inspection, it has now reopened. The trail is nearly one kilometer long, and a one-way walk takes about half an hour, making it suitable for a wholesome outing for adults and children.
