The restaurant's broth is meticulously crafted from a variety of natural ingredients, including local alpine vegetables, fruits, and beef leg bone. The beef is promptly served after a brief 3 to 5 seconds of cooking in the broth, allowing customers to relish the freshest and most tender mouthfeel.
