Introduction
Situated in Qiaotou District, "Liao Chi Migao" is one of the classic delicacies of Qiaotou Old Street and is now managed by the third generation. The restaurant's signature dish, "Tongzai Migao" (i.e., the Tongzai rice tube or tube rice pudding), is made with long grains, steamed in a ceramic tube, and then served with braised minced pork sauce, pork floss, and pickled cucumber. It is truly a delightful and irresistible treat!
