The appearance of the Moon World Visitor Center is novel and unique. Using the design technique of Landscape Interweaving and Flow Diffusion, a landscape architecture that blends harmoniously with the local area is created. In addition to providing visitor information services, it has the first 7-11 convenience store in Tianliao, a Farmers’ Association Market and a small farmers’ market to integrate rich local characteristics. Visitors can first come to the Center for travel information, go explore the mudstone sceneries of the badlands, then come select local agricultural specialties. The Moon World Visitor Center provides comprehensive services so that visitors can enjoy a more comfortable trip.

以貨櫃設計為主軸，週邊搭配燈會的蘑菇燈作品在此展出，並在屋頂裝設太陽能板自行發電，以落實永續環保理念，現階段可提供遊客休憩、旅遊諮詢、拍照打卡以及緊急救護AED等多元化服務功能。派遣專業人力駐點，提供遊客在地化旅遊諮詢服務，讓來往旅客或登山客除感受觀音山風景之美，更體驗到溫馨又熱情的在地旅遊服務。
