Introduction
In 1999, Ms. Liu founded Le Pont next to the Cao Gong Channel, which is close to her hometown. With years of culinary expertise and experience in restaurant management, Ms. Liu quickly transformed Le Pont into a well-known restaurant in Kaohsiung. Insisting on using only the best food ingredients, Ms. Liu personally oversees the processing of all food ingredients, from individually selecting Tainan shallots to finely slicing them and then deep-frying them in homemade refined golden goose oil. These crisp shallots are then served with carefully chosen fresh and tender goose, allowing customers to savor the freshness in every bite.
