Subject: Announcement of the "2023 4th Gahoolas Music Festival (Mountain Concert) Subsidy Program," Effective Immediately.

Based on: Kaohsiung City Tourism Marketing Promotion Subsidy Measures.

Announcement Details:

1. Subsidy Recipients: Domestic travel agencies legally established in the country.
2. Subsidy Method: Post-verification (no pre-application required).
3. Departure Dates: During the 2023 4th Gahoolas Music Festival (December 15th and 16th, 112th year).
4. Application Period: From December 15th, 112th year, to December 29th, 112th year (or until the budget is exhausted).
5. Verification Period: Starting from the day after the tour ends, submit the required documents with a letter (in order of the agency's receipt number).
6. Subsidy Conditions:
   • The Gahoolas Music Festival will be held on December 15th (Friday) and December 16th (Saturday) from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (tentative) at the Baolai Junior High School field in Liugui District. The departure date must fall within the mentioned festival period (according to the organizer's announcement).
   • Each group must have a minimum of 15 or more members, with no age restrictions.
   • During the concert period, the group must stay for at least 60 minutes, publicly displayed in the itinerary for tour participants. Additionally, at least 15 members must have identifiable photographs taken at the concert venue (photos must clearly show the faces of members and be sufficient to recognize the background of the event).
   • Another itinerary must include a visit to at least one Kaohsiung attraction (see attached list) and a group photo at the attraction as proof.
7. Subsidy Content: A subsidy of NT$5,000 for transportation per group, and there is no limit to the number of groups that can be applied for (applications from the main office and branches can be submitted through the same window).
8. Documents Required for Verification (all documents must bear the travel agency's official stamps):
   • Official document (Attachment 1)
   • Application form (Attachment 2)
   • Tour itinerary
   • Copy of the vehicle registration and driver's license (with the words "consistent with the original" stamped)
   • Tourist insurance receipt
   • List of insured members (including names, ID numbers, and birthdates - please avoid providing handwritten information)
   • Original receipts for subsidy item expenses (Attachment 3), i.e., original receipts for transportation expenses
   • Detailed breakdown of total expenditures (Attachment 4) (please provide accurate and detailed information, ensuring correct numerical sums)
   • Two or more group photos (Attachment 5) with clear identification of faces, no back-facing photos of tourists, clearly discernible faces, numbers, and the event venue. (Please take photos at the music festival and designated tourist spots by this bureau; if recognition is not possible, no subsidy will be granted)
   • Copy of the travel agency's license issued by the Ministry of Transportation (with the words "consistent with the original" stamped)
   • Pledge (Attachment 6)
   • Receipt (Attachment 7)
   • Copy of the bank account for remittance of subsidies for the applying travel agency or relevant unit
   • In case of simultaneous applications to two or more agencies for the same funding item, no subsidy will be granted. If applying for different funding items from different agencies simultaneously, subsidies may be granted, and a plan of fund allocation (Attachment 8) should be attached.

11. After reviewing the submitted application and verification documents, if they do not comply with the subsidy scope and conditions, or if there are discrepancies in the documents and doubts about certificates during the review, the bureau may request correction, clarification, or the submission of relevant supporting documents within a specified period. Only one correction period will be allowed. Failure to correct, clarify, or provide relevant supporting documents within the stipulated period or if found not in compliance with this plan, the subsidy will be denied, and the application will be rejected.
12. If a travel agency's license is revoked or invalidated, subject to suspension of business, or if there are legal reasons requiring the replenishment of a guarantee and it is not fulfilled, the application will not be accepted. If such circumstances occur during the review or before disbursement, the application will be rejected, and any received subsidies must be returned within the stipulated period. Subsequent applications will not be accepted, and applications already accepted will not be reviewed. In case of legal liability, the bureau will process according to relevant legal provisions, and depending on the severity of the situation, the agency may be disqualified from applying for other subsidies from this bureau for one to five years.
13. If a travel agency applies for subsidies using borrowed names, breaks up groups, falsely reports, over-reports, submits false or untrue application documents, refuses to accept inspections from subsidizing agencies, etc., all applications under these points will not be granted subsidies. Subsidies already granted will be revoked, and any received subsidies must be returned within the stipulated period. Subsequent applications will not be accepted, and applications already accepted will not be reviewed. In case of legal liability, the bureau will process according to relevant legal provisions, and depending on the severity of the situation, the agency may be disqualified from applying for other subsidies from this bureau for one to five years. However, if the situation is not attributable to the applicant, this provision does not apply.
14. Subsidy recipients must comply with relevant tax regulations and pay income tax on the received subsidies.
15. The bureau reserves the right to interpret, adjust, or terminate this program.
